Tribal Tech

Tribal Tech is a Native American, Woman-Owned Small Business providing professional services to federal, state, local, tribal, and private sector clients.   • We are seeking a Project Specialist to support daily operations and cross-functional project coordination for the Administration for Native Americans (ANA). This position is suited for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach. The Project Specialist will provide essential support in logistics, documentation, scheduling, data tracking, and general administrative support to ensure the program operates efficiently. Cowan & Associates

Cowan & Associates is the subsidiary of Tribal Tech, where most of our staff work onsite at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy. Our Cowan team has an average of 17 years of experience in the federal government; the majority are military veterans and reserve members.

  • Cowan is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to assist the OPNAV Warfare Integration Division (N9I), Shipbuilding Conversion Navy (SCN) in the development of long and short-range program plans and strategies, and goals and priorities to support next generation shipbuilding.

    The mission and function of the Division is to integrate war fighting goals and objectives into the battle force requirements development process to enhance war fighting capabilities. The scope of work includes all matters pertaining to ship acquisition, programming, and budgeting to include leading a collaborative process to explore, develop, and assess advanced concepts and force architectures to evolve the requirements for recapitalization of the Navy’s future ship force structure.
