Cowan is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to assist the OPNAV Warfare Integration Division (N9I), Shipbuilding Conversion Navy (SCN) in the development of long and short-range program plans and strategies, and goals and priorities to support next generation shipbuilding.
The mission and function of the Division is to integrate war fighting goals and objectives into the battle force requirements development process to enhance war fighting capabilities. The scope of work includes all matters pertaining to ship acquisition, programming, and budgeting to include leading a collaborative process to explore, develop, and assess advanced concepts and force architectures to evolve the requirements for recapitalization of the Navy’s future ship force structure.
