Marie O’Neill “Neill” Sciarrone is the CEO and President of Tribal Tech, LLC and its subsidiary, Cowan & Associates, Inc. Ms. Sciarrone is an executive leader and successful entrepreneur with over two decades of public and private sector technology, defense, and national security experience.

Christopher Catanzaro is the Vice President of Tribal Tech, LLC and its subsidiary, Cowan & Associates, Inc. Mr. Catanzaro has over twelve years of experience in project management and contract oversight, in addition to background supporting governmental meeting planning and logistics.
