Our People
Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians: Tribal Tech was founded by Victoria Vasques, Diegueno of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians with the hope of strengthening the health, security, and well-being of Native American individuals and communities across the nation. Over half our employees are Indigenous, which gives us a unique advantage when we work to empower our communities.
Military Community: Veterans and reserve members make up a large portion of our employees at Tribal Tech and our subsidiary, Cowan & Associates.
